TULI, which ironically meant “Circumcision or Circumcized”, was cut to pieces when it got an X Rating at the Ratings Board in the Philippines , I had to lobby with Cine Manila so that the jury can watch an “uncut  Tuli”- mind the pun- where it eventually won the first Best Digital Local for Best Picture and Best Director.
